Accessibility
Last updated: June 9, 2026
MIRAMA wants the work to be reachable. This page describes the standards we aim for, what is in place to support them, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
1. Standards We Target
This website targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Our software products available through MIRAMA Studio rely on platform-level accessibility features built into macOS and iOS.
2. What We Do
The following practices are in place across miramacollective.com:
- Sufficient color contrast on body text and interface labels
- Semantic HTML so screen readers can parse page structure
- Keyboard navigation for menus, buttons, and form fields
- Alt text on illustrative images
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages
- Reduced-motion preferences respected (we do not animate the site when your system requests reduced motion)
3. Known Limitations
Some editorial layouts on this site use full-viewport scroll snapping that can interact unevenly with certain assistive technology, particularly on smaller screens. We are working on improvements and welcome specific feedback.
4. Third-Party Content
This site is hosted on Shopify Inc. Some interface elements are provided by Shopify and the Horizon theme. We are not directly responsible for accessibility issues that originate in those upstream components, but we will work with Shopify to resolve them when reported to us.
5. How to Reach Us
If you encounter something that prevents you from using the site, please contact us at info@miramacollective.com. Use “Accessibility” in the subject line. We respond within a few business days.
6. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is a process, not a date. We will continue to audit and improve the site as we ship new releases. This statement will be updated as material changes are made.
