These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of miramacollective.com (the “Site”) and the software products published by MIRAMA, LLC (“MIRAMA,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including MIRAMA/dx10 and MIRAMA/count. By using the Site or our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our software products (including MIRAMA/dx10 and MIRAMA/count) are made available subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase or download, which may include additional end-user license agreements. Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless a separate commercial license is agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services
The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your use of the Site is also subject to Shopify’s terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services we use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
